I appreciate how you brought to light the ordinariness of kids living with an anomoly. we often focus on the one difference rather than the many commonalities.

I fielded so many, just life with kids questions-the usual stuff parents encounter like tantrums over the right color cup and kids not wanting to do homework. So helpful to focus on what we share.

Great way to capture the sentiment of the ordinary and finding commonalities!

We are followed by another amazing clinic, the colorectal team at Cincinnati Children’s - thank going for this glimpse into what their lives are like on the other side. I had a sense but it was nice to have this perspective.

As a caregiver, I have a deep appreciation for what goes into my son’s care. Please know that you do have an impact and thank you for your work!

Cincinnati is an amazing place to receive care and team care is such a unique experience. Thank you so much. I do miss working a health setting.

I've done volunteer projects with Operation Smile before and it never ceases to amaze me all the incredible people who commit their time, energy, and expertise to helping children and their families navigate not only the treatment protocols but all the cultural and lifestyle challenges that present with this condition. It must have been such an extraordinary experience getting to see these children and their loved ones and having the opportunity to be a meaningful, important part of their lives. YOU'RE incredible!

Thank you, it was such a privilege to be a part of that team. It was a unique role as a psychologist, to get to follow these kids longitudinally, what a gift.
